Vision
Our vision is of a just and caring society
where ‘life to the full’ (John 10:10) as promised by Jesus Christ is enabled
for all regardless of their circumstances. Central to this vision is a special
concern for those who are most vulnerable and are struggling with sickness.
Mission
In our governance role we will exercise
responsible stewardship of the Mission, Values and Ethos of our Healthcare
Services. This will support staff as
they continue to provide excellent patient services to maintain and improve the
health and well-being of those they serve. Our stewardship will be exercised in
accordance with Catholic teaching, Canon Law and Civil Law.
Ethos
Ethos is that which characterises the
spirit and values of our Healthcare Services.
It is an expression of the way we choose to live its identity,
tradition, Mission and Values. Our Ethos derives from, and is underpinned by
our Core Values: Respect; Justice; Compassion; Excellence;
Partnership/Team Spirit
